1. Authorised use only

OptiScale is a proprietary analytics platform developed by Prism Collective S.L.U. and provided exclusively to a select group of authorised Amazon sellers. Access is by invitation only and is not publicly available.

2. Purpose

The platform is used solely to retrieve, aggregate, and display data from Prism Collective’s own Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and Amazon Brand Analytics accounts for business intelligence and reporting purposes.

3. Authorised access

Access to OptiScale requires explicit authorisation from Prism Collective. Any unauthorised access or use is strictly prohibited.

4. Amazon API usage

OptiScale accesses Amazon APIs solely on behalf of Prism Collective’s own registered seller, advertiser, and brand-registered accounts, in compliance with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Developer Agreement. No third-party account data is accessed.

5. Data handling

All data retrieved through Amazon APIs is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Amazon’s Data Protection Policy. Data is stored securely, used only for authorised reporting purposes, and is never shared with or sold to third parties. Data retention and deletion practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All software, design, and content within OptiScale is the intellectual property of Prism Collective S.L.U. Reproduction or redistribution is not permitted.

7. Compliance

Prism Collective S.L.U. operates in compliance with applicable EU and Spanish laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and adheres to all Amazon API programme requirements.
