Prism Collective S.L.U. (“Prism Collective”, “we”, “us”) is a brand management company registered in Spain, founded on over a decade of Amazon selling experience. OptiScale is a proprietary analytics platform developed by Prism Collective and provided exclusively to a select group of authorised Amazon sellers. Access is by invitation only.

2. Scope of this policy

OptiScale is not a publicly available service. It is a private, invitation-only platform provided by Prism Collective to a select group of authorised Amazon sellers to monitor the performance of their Amazon seller and advertising accounts. This website exists to satisfy Amazon API programme requirements. No data is collected from website visitors.

3. Data we access via Amazon APIs

OptiScale connects to the Amazon Selling Partner API, Amazon Advertising API, and Amazon Brand Analytics to retrieve data exclusively from Prism Collective’s own seller, advertising, and brand-registered accounts. This includes:

• Sales metrics, order data, and financial summaries
• Inventory levels and fulfilment data
• Advertising campaign performance (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• Brand Analytics data including search term reports, market basket analysis, repeat purchase behaviour, and demographics
• Traffic and conversion metrics

All API access is authorised by Prism Collective’s own account holders. We do not access data belonging to any third-party sellers or advertisers.

4. How we use the data

Data retrieved from Amazon APIs is used solely for reporting and business intelligence purposes by authorised OptiScale users. It is not shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party.

5. Data storage and security

Data is stored in access-controlled systems accessible only to authorised OptiScale users. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect this data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security reviews
• Compliance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain Amazon API data only for as long as it is needed for business reporting purposes. Data that is no longer required is securely deleted. Upon termination of API access or at the request of Amazon, all associated data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

7. GDPR compliance

As a company registered in Spain and operating within the European Union, Prism Collective complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where any personal data is processed, we ensure a lawful basis for processing, apply data minimisation principles, and uphold the rights of data subjects. OptiScale does not process personal data of website visitors.

8. Website visitors

This website does not collect personal data from visitors. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics services, or any form of visitor profiling.
